Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026 · InkSkipper is a brand of Love Productions LLC (Las Vegas, NV)

Short version: design freely, only upload what you have the right to use, and we'll print and ship your custom gear with care. The details:

1. The service

InkSkipper generates custom artwork with AI based on your descriptions and optional uploads, then prints that artwork on physical products fulfilled by our production partners. Generating designs is free; you pay only for physical orders.

2. What you upload

When you upload a logo, photo, or any image, you confirm that:

You own it or have permission to use it. That includes company logos (yours or your client's with authorization), photos you took, or photos you have rights to.
For photos of people: you have the person's consent — or, for memorial and tribute pieces, the appropriate family authority to use their likeness.
No third-party brands: don't upload trademarks, characters, band logos, sports marks, or celebrity images you don't have rights to. We refuse and cancel orders that appear to infringe, at our discretion.

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant us only the license needed to generate your designs and print your order.

3. Prohibited content

We won't generate or print content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence against people or groups. We're a family company — literally. Orders violating this are cancelled and refunded.

4. Your artwork license

When you purchase a printed product, the AI-generated design on it is licensed to you for personal use — wear it, gift it, share photos of it, reprint it through InkSkipper anytime. The included print-resolution file is part of that personal license.

Want to sell products with your design or use it commercially? Commercial licensing is available — contact us. Uploaded content (your logo, your photos) remains yours under your own rights.

AI-generated artwork may not be eligible for copyright registration in some jurisdictions, and similar prompts can produce similar artwork for other customers. We don't guarantee exclusivity of generated designs.

5. Orders, shipping & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout; payment is processed by Stripe and appears as Love Productions.
Every item is made to order. We can't accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind — check the size chart and your mockup before ordering.
Arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong? Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it.
Typical delivery is 5–10 business days in the US. We currently ship to US addresses only.

6. Color & print expectations

Screens glow; fabric doesn't. Printed colors can differ slightly from your on-screen mockup, and AI-lettered text should be verified in your chosen design before ordering — what you approve in the mockup is what we print.

7. Privacy

We use your email and shipping address to fulfill your order and send confirmations. Order records (including your designs) are retained so you can reprint them. We don't sell your data. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.

8. The boring-but-necessary part

The service is provided as-is; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We may update these terms as InkSkipper grows — material changes will be posted here. Questions: reach us via the email on your order confirmation.
